OxygenDynamics — Hypoxic Pocket Detection (v3.0)

MATLAB analysis pipeline for detecting and quantifying oxygen sinks (“hypoxic pockets”) and oxygen surges from in vivo bioluminescence oxygen imaging. Includes a stepwise GUI, event-based and recording-level hypoxic-burden metrics, vascular-distance analysis, and integration with behavioral data — a major revision of the software released with the Science 2024 paper.
